Control/guide system of the flight and attached equipment of the aircraft
The GPS system "Satloc Falcon Pro" is equipped with all the necessary tools and is ready for any liquid and dry work.
It is a computerized system that helps the pilot monitor and control the relevant systems of the aircraft (aircraft) for the safe execution of the flight and Aviation Chemical Operations . This system performs all technical, routine operations with the relevant aircraft systems used during these operations, allowing the pilot to spend more time controlling the flight than adjusting the systems.
In order to give our farmers the opportunity to: timely, quickly and qualitatively complete the entire volume of work on feeding and protecting plants - we provide for your consideration the following aircraft systems:
"Satloc Falcon Pro" lane navigation system consisting of:
9-inch touch display (it is common to the two subsystems listed here);
Navigation data processing unit;
Satloc L8 Lightbar;
Laser altimeter «AgLaser».
Intelliflow 3 aircraft attachment control and management system, consisting of:
Data processing unit for the operation of the attached equipment of the aircraft;
Ease of transition from one function to another played a large role in the development of the Falcon Pro. Buttons on the main screen and on each screen make navigation simple and intuitive for the pilot, allowing users to access virtually all settings with one to three taps.
For example: when using equipment for the introduction of liquid preparations (solutions), the control elements of the equipment for introduction of bulk (dry) preparations are hidden on the display.
Not only a touch screen is available, but also a multifunctional handle - for navigating through the menu and changing values. Both methods of navigating the user interface allow the user to access almost all settings in one to three clicks or scrolls.
Satloc Falcon Pro successfully includes and displays background maps. As long as the Falcon Pro is connected to the Internet, for example via a mobile phone or access point, the Falcon Pro can display background maps.
Don’t have internet? The Satloc Falcon and Falcon Pro are capable of caching the background maps inside the system. The cached data will allow background maps to appear on a Falcon Pro and Falcon even when it is offline. The offline background maps require extra steps, so there is an additional cost.
Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) in Falcon Pro.
In addition to the improved GPS capabilities, an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is part of Falcon Pro (unavailable in Falcon). This tracks the plane through periods of GPS signal loss inherent with extreme turning speeds to improve pass alignment every time.
AIMMS Optional Upgrade in Falcon Pro.
The vision of Satloc Falcon Pro is also enhanced by the optional integration of AIMMS. This option is not available on the basic Falcon.
A new and exclusive partnership with the AIMMS system makes a second screen unnecessary and significantly reduces cost. The Falcon Pro display utilizes controls that simplify the AIMMS interface, calibration, and usage.
AIMMS is an on-board real-time wind measurement system, which can provide accurate GPS, inertial rates, air-data and meteorological data including:
Barometric (Static) Pressure;
Air Speed (including TAS);
Angle-of-Attack (AOA);
Angle-of-Sideslip (AOS);
Temperature (OAT).
AIMMS Can Be Used to:
Optimize Spray Disposition;
Minimize Off-Target Drift;
Document Meteorological Conditions to prove Due Diligence during Application.
Integrated Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi integration in the Falcon and Falcon Pro allows Cloud connectivity and remote tech support. With the pilot’s permission, Satloc tech support can log into a Falcon Pro or Falcon and remotely provide support.
View selected data with our rugged, glare-resistant lightbar. The Satloc L8 Lightbar has up to 4 customizable display windows.
The windows display selected data such as:
Heading angle;
Cross-track distance;
Spray rate;
Area sprayed;
laser altimeter height;
and much more.
Also, the Satloc L8 Lightbar has:
Interior and Exterior Mount Capability;
Green LED Lightbar (for night flying);
The angle of the vertical position of the adjustable display is from 10 to -10 degrees (with a step of 2.5 degrees);
ADS-B In and Obstacle 360° Visual Warnings.
Intelliflow Intelliflow 3 aircraft attachment control and management system
IntelliFlow 2 and 3 are the only combination dry and wet dispersal systems in the industry built into a single controller. With the IF3 on board, in conjunction with a Satloc GPS system, the pair automatically controls aerial spray rates and dry application rates. As a result, the IF3 working with a Satloc GPS can produce highly accurate constant rate applications. Also, the IF3 and GPS make precise variable rate applications using prescription maps (PMAPs). The required application rates are pilot selectable. Or, PMAPs can be created using Satloc MapStar® desktop software.
All information such as:
planned volume of work;
the number and locations of already completed passes;
the remainder of the planned volume of work;
dosage of drugs;
location of the next plot/field (which is included in this planned scope of work);
and other,
displayed on a 9-inch touch display (see above).
These products assist the pilot with user-friendly software and reliable hardware, increasing productivity through increased operational efficiency and improved time management.
