Chemical Aircraft Technology is approved by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine as a "Maintenance Organisation" in accordance with the Air Law of Ukraine and the requirements of Part-M (Certificate of Approval No. UA.MF.0002).

Pilots training

We have proven modern training methods for our agricultural pilots. We can help with basic or periodic training or retraining for a turboprop aircraft.
 
For our young students, we use HIAT-650 aircraft, and then move to the Air Tractor turboprop aircraft.
 
HIAT-650 is a training and agricultural piston aircraft. Which is a cost-effective platform for the initial training of agricultural aviation pilots.

Airworthiness management of aircraft

  • Development of documents related to airworthiness, such as:
    - Logbooks;
    - Maintenance programs, etc.
  • The airworthiness organization is also responsible for the formation, recording and storage of information related to airworthiness for each aircraft:
    - The status of the maintenance program;
    - Status of units with a limited resource (lifetime status);
    - Status of Service Bulletins (SB – status);
    - Airworthiness Directive status (AD status);
    - Records of completed modifications/improvements;
    - Records of current/recovery repairs and damage;
    - Other necessary records to organize the maintenance of airworthiness of the aircraft.
  • Analysis of the compliance of aircraft documents with the airworthiness requirements for this type of aircraft of the aircraft;
  • Verification of technical data (control over the maintenance of airworthiness records, flight statistics).
  • Preparation of Work Orders for aircraft maintenance.
 
Maintaining airworthiness is an important guarantee for the safe and continuous operation of an aircraft.
 
HiAT LLC is approved by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine as an Airworthiness Management Organisation in accordance with the Air Law of Ukraine and Part-M requirements (Certificate of Approval No. UA.MG.0070).

Training of technical staff

  • Theoretical training and internships are conducted in accordance with ICAO standards in accordance with the requirements of Part-66, Part-147.
  • The duration of the course varies depending on the model of the aircraft and is about 5-7 weeks.
  • Upon completion of the training, training certificates for the type of aircraft are issued, which are further required to obtain an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Technician Certificate in accordance with ICAO standards and Part-66, 147 requirements.
  • Also, our students have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience (as aircraft maintenance personnel) - which is also an integral part of obtaining an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Technician Certificate in accordance with ICAO standards and Part-66, 147 requirements.
 
HiAT LLC is approved by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine as a "Maintenance training and examination organisation" in accordance with the current aviation legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of Part-147 (Certificate of Approval No. UA.147.0015).
