Airworthiness management of aircraft
- Development of documents related to airworthiness, such as:
- Logbooks;
- Maintenance programs, etc. - The airworthiness organization is also responsible for the formation, recording and storage of information related to airworthiness for each aircraft:
- The status of the maintenance program;
- Status of units with a limited resource (lifetime status);
- Status of Service Bulletins (SB – status);
- Airworthiness Directive status (AD status);
- Records of completed modifications/improvements;
- Records of current/recovery repairs and damage;
- Other necessary records to organize the maintenance of airworthiness of the aircraft. - Analysis of the compliance of aircraft documents with the airworthiness requirements for this type of aircraft of the aircraft;
- Verification of technical data (control over the maintenance of airworthiness records, flight statistics).
- Preparation of Work Orders for aircraft maintenance.
Maintaining airworthiness is an important guarantee for the safe and continuous operation of an aircraft.
HiAT LLC is approved by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine as an Airworthiness Management Organisation in accordance with the Air Law of Ukraine and Part-M requirements (Certificate of Approval No. UA.MG.0070).
Timely and correct maintenance of airworthiness records and aircraft flight statistics ensures safe operation of the aircraft and timely performance of aircraft maintenance, as well as compliance with the requirements of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine and other regulatory authorities.
Maintenance of airworthiness, operability of operational and emergency equipment of the aircraft is ensured by:
- Pre-flight inspections.
- Elimination of any defect or damage that affects the safety of operation.
- Performing the entire scope of maintenance work in accordance with the approved aircraft maintenance program.
- Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of the approved maintenance program.
- Execution of any applicable:
- Airworthiness directives;
- Operational directive affecting airworthiness maintenance;
- Requirements for maintaining airworthiness established by Part-M;
- Measures the immediate implementation of which is recognized by the State Aviation Administration as mandatory due to a safety issue.
- Operational directive affecting airworthiness maintenance;

- Performing modifications and repairs.
- Implementation of a policy of optional modifications and/or reviews.
- Conducting control flights after maintenance, if necessary.
"HiAT" LLC has and uses only applicable, current data for airworthiness maintenance tasks during their execution, including modifications and repairs.
The relevant data for maintaining airworthiness are as follows:
- Any applicable requirement, procedure, standard, or information issued by a competent authority or the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine that has not been modified by any requirement, procedure, or directive;
- The technical logbook of the aircraft, which contains records of defects and measures taken by authorized personnel, together with information on the data used for maintenance, including the status of their revisions;
Data to maintain airworthiness is constantly updated:
- Periodic verification of proper receipt of all changes;
- Monitoring the status of changes for all data for maintenance.
